All African Energy products enjoy a warranty of at least one year, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, which may extend up to 25 years. If you have a product failure or problem that you believe may be a result of faulty manufacturing, please use this form to report the problem to African Energy. Please do NOT return the product to the Depot. The fastest way to solve your warranty claim is to provide African Energy as much information as possible, allowing us to work with you and the manufacturer to complete any troubleshooting. We may settle warranty claims by crediting your account, providing replacement units, or providing spare parts. Remember that the vast majority of warranty claims are not, in fact, warrantable product failures, but installation problems or lack of installer knowledge. Please be honest with us about what happened, and we will do our best to help you solve the problem and satisfy your customer.
