Saint David, Arizona (10 Oct 09) ----- At least thirty solar and power backup entrepreneurs completed African Energy's latest solar training program in Abuja, Nigeria this week. These entrepreneurs learned the basics of solar, wind and power backup technology, as well as some practical marketing suggestions for serving their customers in Nigeria.
The training was part of the offering of IREC, the International Renewable Energy Conference held in Abuja and it represents the 14th in a series of trainings held by African Energy throughout Africa. Representatives from Xantrex Technology, Outback Power Systems, Deka Battery and Morningstar also traveled to Nigeria to help in the training.
"It is always a pleasure to be in Nigeria - especially to train and to see the passion and enthusiasm of Nigerian entrepreneurs. Each year these companies finish training and go out and provide quality installations and their businesses grow and they succeed and their customers are thrilled to have power", said African Energy's Lincoln Dahl.
